Looking for an easy recipe to prepare to chow down on while viewing the Super Bowl on Sunday? Look no further….
Cook/Prep Time – about an hour
- 1 pound chicken wings
- 1 packet Good Seasons Italian dressing packet
- 1 /1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground red pepper
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.Wash and split the chicken wings. Discard tips or freeze to use for stock later. Place all 4 ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Place wings on a parchment lined sheet pan with the drummettes (the fatter pieces) toward the back and place in oven. Cook for 20 Minutes. Turn them over and cook for another 20 minutes. That’s it!
#note – I used our air fryer but any oven will work. I cook at a lower temperature to keep the sugar in the seasoning from burning, and I cook so long because I prefer my wings dry and crispy. You can adjust the cooking time based on how dry you like them. Just be sure to at least cook to an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees.
Serve with celery sticks and Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing. #gorams
